About Us
Glenda McKinley founded GMc+Co. Strategic Communications in 1987 with a passion for storytelling and a commitment to helping brands and organizations connect meaningfully with their audiences. She created GMc+Co. to craft narratives that inspire and leave a lasting impact.
Today, almost 40 years since its founding, GMc+Co. is one of the longest-standing communications firms in New Orleans. The walls of the agency are wrapped in awards, and the firm’s blue-chip client list is enviable. Still, the best is yet to come.
In 2020, Glenda’s son, Ernest M. English, an MIT Fellow, joined the agency. Now serving as VP of Client Services, he seamlessly blends creativity with strategic insight, focusing on building strong client collaborations. Ernest excels at identifying growth opportunities and driving national program expansion. His talent for fostering meaningful partnerships and delivering tailored solutions has been pivotal in guiding GMc+Co. and its trusted partners toward continued success and growth.
